“CG02” Last-mile delivery is always a challenging issue in the logistics industry. It requires a lot of labor, vehicles, and time. Therefore, an automated technology to replace humans is necessary to increase efficiency. The M-Cargo product was born to meet the demand for short-range and last-mile delivery. With a payload of up to 15 kg and a maximum range of 30 km, it can be useful in harsh terrains like jungles and mountains (common in Vietnam). Shorter and more direct routes compared to traditional vehicles.

Only applies to manufacturer defects; components must be intact without external or human-induced damage.
Non-Warranty Cases:

Damage from transportation.
Insect infestation.
Wear and tear of mechanical parts during use.
Improper operation, collisions, or human error.
Misuse or negligence.
Use of non-genuine parts not provided by MAJ.
