Solution:
For onshore wind turbines, Drone is used. For offshore turbines, with higher performance, wind resistance, and longer flight time is employed. On land, Drones takes off from the ground and flies to the designated turbine for inspection. Offshore, along with the pilot team, travels by boat to the turbine location. The aircraft then takes off from the vessel and flies to the survey area.
The inspection includes identifying external physical damage such as cracks in fan blades, turbine components, rust, and any foreign objects hindering operation. It also detects abnormal temperature spots. The 3D structure of each wind turbine is reconstructed, identifying points of damage, deterioration, and storing data while observing changes over time.
